SCREEN ROOMS · CENTRAL FLORIDA
A screen room built for how you actually live.
Mornings without mosquitoes. Evenings with the breeze and none of the bugs. A screen room turns the part of your yard you avoid into the part you use every day — and in Florida, that is most of the year.
What we build
- Screen rooms and porch enclosures on new or existing slabs
- Pool and patio screen enclosures (birdcages)
- Re-screening and reskinning of existing frames
- Screened entries, dog doors, and kick-plate upgrades
Built for Florida, not a catalog
Every frame is aluminum sized for local wind loads, anchored and fastened to code. Mesh options include standard fiberglass, pet-resistant screen, and solar/privacy weaves that cut glare and heat. We pull the permits, set the posts, hang the doors, and leave the site clean.
Common questions
How long does a screen room take to build?
Most projects run a few days on site once materials and permits are ready. We give you a real timeline at the estimate, not a guess.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We are a licensed Florida contractor (SCC 131154404) and handle the permit process for you.
Can you enclose my existing porch or patio?
In most cases, yes. We inspect the slab and structure at the estimate and tell you honestly what will and will not work.
