The brand we install
Everlast® composite siding
Everlast Advanced Composite Siding pairs a mineral composite substrate with a 100% acrylic capstock — a co-extruded plank with the CedarTouch® finish molded from real rough-sawn cedar. No scraping, caulking, or painting; no cracking, rotting, or wood-boring insects. The UV-resistant capstock carries a fade-protection warranty, and the product is backed by a lifetime transferable warranty. Made in the USA by Chelsea Building Products — as seen on This Old House®.
- Lap siding — classic clapboard look, 7″ standard or 4½″ narrow reveal
- Board & batten — one-piece profile, no exposed fasteners
- Premium color-matched trim for windows, doors, corners — including the Everlast Inside Corner
- Designer-curated color palette — superior fade resistance, just an occasional light wash
Everlast® and CedarTouch® are trademarks of Chelsea Building Products. C. Musick Construction is an independent installer.
Moisture-smart installs
Florida siding fails at the details — flashing, wrap, and ventilation. We install to spec with proper moisture barriers and trim work, so the finish lasts and the structure underneath stays dry.
Common questions
Vinyl or fiber cement — which is better here?
Both work in Florida. Vinyl is cost-effective and low maintenance; fiber cement is heavier-duty and holds paint. We quote both honestly.
